Life is short.
Let’s make custom skis.
Different By Design
Chasing deep snow from a helicopter or chasing your kids around the resort - either way, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll help you design a ski around where, what, and how you actually ski. We’ll tune the flex for you and your style, and dial in the shape, materials for the terrain (or kids) you spend your days chasing.
And, of course, custom graphics.
The result is a ski designed around you—and one you definitely won’t mistake for anybody else’s in the rack.
Make it stand out.
We sweat the details
The custom ski process starts with an interview.
Where do you like to ski? Describe your ideal ski day? How do you want your skis to feel? Do you prefer stable or snappy? We’ll ask about your weight, skiing style, and favorite runs.
Back on the computer, we’ll engineer a ski precisely for you. We’ll dial in the camber, rocker, waist, flex, and all the other details that make it feel right.
Next, we’ll take your ideas and artwork/inspriratoin to create the top sheet graphics that you’ll want to show off.
Custom ski and setup top sheet graphics are created and printed on nylon to ensure the design lasts as long as you do.
Our cores combine woods like maple for strength and stability with lightweight paulownia and poplar to dial in the right balance of pop, energy, and control—lively enough to play in the trees and bumps, but strong and stable when you need it to be. We obsess over this so you don’t have to.
Once every layer is cut and ready, the ski comes together with high-performance epoxy, bonding the base, edges, core, fiberglass, carbon, and topsheet into a single structure.
The layup is pressed under heat and pressure, locking in the ski’s shape, camber, and rocker while the epoxy cures.
Once pressing is complete each ski is trimmed, shaped, and sanded by hand to create a ski that was made just for you.
Using our custom-built CNC router, we cut each base and core to the exact specifications of the ski.
Bases are made from high-quality sintered Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene—a tough, proven material that will hold your wax, slide fast, and take a beating when snow gets thin.
Steel edges provide the bite you need when it’s time to lay down and carve hard.
